About Draw by Heart

Draw by Heart is a free collection of step-by-step drawing guides for young children. Each drawing is broken into small steps, and every step shows the new lines in orange so it's always clear what to draw next. Pick Easy, Medium or Hard and follow along — or print a drawing to do away from the screen.

Our logo

Our logo was drawn by a young artist in our family: a happy heart with a bow and a wild scribbly hairdo. It's a reminder of who this site is for — and that every great drawing starts with a few wobbly lines.

How the drawings are made

The finished pictures are created with the help of an AI image tool. We then split each picture into steps, check every step by hand, and only publish the ones that are easy to follow. If a step ever looks confusing, please tell us and we'll fix it.

For grown-ups

• No ads, no accounts, and no tracking cookies.
• Drawings are free to print and share with family, friends, classrooms and clubs.
• Our optional newsletter is for grown-ups only, and we don't sell your email. See the privacy policy.
